Tour Registration Fee: A one time tour registration fee for the Western India IGU Junior & Amateur Feeder Tour 2024 for the entire tour season. It is mandatory for all participants to become members of the tour and pay this one time registration fee.
Event Entry Fee : Entry fee per event is payable and valid for the duration of one event only.
Registration Deadline: Registrations for each event will close at 12:00 PM on the first day of the specific event. Late registrations will not be accepted.
Taxes: All registration fees are subject to applicable taxes, which will be indicated at the time of registration.
Rules and Regulations: By registering for the tour, the participant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the tour, management, and the hosting clubs. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the tour.
Non-Refundable Fee: The registration & tournament entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal from the tour, disqualification, or cancellation of the event.
Event Cancellation: In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure leading to the cancellation of an event, the tour management will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event. If rescheduling is not possible, the registration fee for that event will be refunded.
Player Eligibility: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the tour for their respective categories (junior or amateur) to participate in the events.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and sportsmanlike manner at all times during the tour. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the tour management may result in disqualification.
Media Release: By participating in the tour, participants grant the tour management the right to use their name, likeness, and images for promotional purposes.
Changes to Terms: The tour management reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
